Gifts of cash are an important source of funds which enables us to provide services each year. Honorary gifts pay tribute to friends on special occasions, such as birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries. Memorial gifts remember friends or loved ones. We also appreciate gifts of stock or other property. Gifts of appreciated stock result in tax benefits for the donor. The full market value of the stock can be tax-deductible and the donor is not required to pay capital gains on the donated stock.
